Little Bunny Girl

This past weekend I made 2 cakes. 2 birthday cake orders from 2 different family. Both are girls. And I disn’t have much time to prepare because it’s ordered from a short time.

So I thought that I’d do fondant figures. I don’t usually make figures so I don’t know why I chose to do that. I was thinking that maybe it will take me shorter time to make them than my usual signature sugar flowers.

To my surprise, it did not take me a long time and I actually enjoyed doing it. I really did. The cute little figures made smile.

These are pictures I’ve taken of the cake before delivery.

A Tilda inspired Chocolate Cake.

Soft pastel tones and pretty little details.

Little sugar flowers and small hand painted roses.

Sitting on top is a little bunny girl inspired by the dolls of Tilda. With a charming blue dress with a bow on the back and tiny sugar flower crown.

Little Mathilde turned 6 yesterday. And I heard she enjoyed her cake.

Now I’m off to make more fondant figures. It’s so much fun!!!

Later.
